Darkey's may ask for proof of ownership or approved use before unlocking, cutting, programming, or removing programmed keys.

Callout availability and attendance times are not guaranteed until Darkey's confirms the job directly by phone or WhatsApp.

Work is carried out only where the truck, location, access, and safety conditions allow the job to be completed properly.

Customers are responsible for giving accurate details, safe access, and payment as agreed before work begins.
